उपयोग की शर्तें।
ये शर्तें ritual.guru और app.ritual.guru पर Ritual सुसंगति इंजन (मिलाकर «Ritual») के तुम्हारे उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। Ritual का उपयोग करके तुम इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हो। यदि तुम सहमत नहीं हो, तो कृपया सेवा का उपयोग न करो।
Ritual क्या है
Ritual ध्यान और चिंतन-अभ्यास का एक उपकरण है। यह संश्लेषित ध्वनियाँ बजाता है, एक टाइमर चलाता है, और डिवाइस की यादृच्छिकता से व्युत्पन्न एक प्रायोगिक स्थानीय क्षेत्र संकेतक प्रदर्शित करता है। Ritual कोई चिकित्सा उपकरण नहीं है, न ही कोई नैदानिक उपकरण, और पेशेवर सलाह का विकल्प नहीं है।
सेवा का उपयोग
तुम Ritual का उपयोग व्यक्तिगत, गैर-वाणिज्यिक अभ्यास के लिए कर सकते हो। तुम सहमत हो कि तुम:
- सेवा का दुरुपयोग नहीं करोगे या उसके संचालन में बाधा डालने का प्रयास नहीं करोगे,
- वाणिज्यिक उद्देश्यों के लिए इसकी सामग्री को स्क्रैप, कॉपी या पुनः प्रकाशित नहीं करोगे, या
- लागू कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाले तरीकों से सेवा की रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग नहीं करोगे।
स्थानीय क्षेत्र संकेत
स्थानीय क्षेत्र एक प्रायोगिक सुविधा है। यह डिवाइस की यादृच्छिकता का नमूना लेती है और बेसलाइन से सांख्यिकीय विचलन प्रदर्शित करती है। यह एक चिंतनशील संकेत के रूप में पेश की जाती है, तुम्हारी, तुम्हारी अवस्था की या तुम्हारी चेतना की मापन के रूप में नहीं। वैज्ञानिक प्रमाण, नैदानिक यथार्थता या निदान-मूल्य का कोई दावा नहीं किया जाता।
ऑडियो और सुगम्यता

कोई वारंटी नहीं
Ritual «जैसा है» और «जैसा उपलब्ध है» के आधार पर प्रदान किया जाता है, बिना किसी प्रकार की वारंटी के। कानून द्वारा अनुमेय अधिकतम सीमा तक, हम सभी निहित वारंटियों को अस्वीकार करते हैं, जिसमें व्यापारिक उपयुक्तता, किसी विशेष उद्देश्य के लिए उपयुक्तता और गैर-उल्लंघन शामिल हैं।
देयता की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमेय अधिकतम सीमा तक, किसी भी स्थिति में हम Ritual के तुम्हारे उपयोग से उत्पन्न होने वाली अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामी या दंडात्मक क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।
अवलोकन का योगदान
Ritual में एक वैकल्पिक «6away Engine Contribution» सेटिंग शामिल है जो तुम्हारे पूर्ण किए गए सत्रों के गुमनाम, संरचित सारांश साझा करती है ताकि 6away Engine को बेहतर बनाने में मदद मिले। यह डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से बंद है, सेटिंग्स में कभी भी चालू की जा सकती है, और इसके बिना भी Ritual पूरी तरह काम करता है। कोई जर्नल, चिंतन या मुक्त-रूप पाठ कभी नहीं भेजा जाता, और कच्चा सेंसर डेटा तुम्हारे डिवाइस पर ही रहता है। क्या साझा होता है और क्या नहीं, यह जानने के लिए गोपनीयता नीति देखें।
परिवर्तन
हम समय-समय पर इन शर्तों को अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। ऊपर «अंतिम अद्यतन» की तिथि वर्तमान संस्करण को दर्शाती है। परिवर्तनों के बाद Ritual का निरंतर उपयोग स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।

Continuity
This section and the next are shown in English until they are translated.
Continuity is a private reflection of how continuously you remained in a ritual you completed. It does not measure attention, mental state, physiological coherence, or consciousness, and it makes no medical or diagnostic claim. It plays no part in Challenges.
Challenges
Challenges are optional weekly leaderboards with their own opt-in, open to adults aged 18 or older. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and you agree that your chosen display name, challenge points, and ranking may be visible to other eligible Challenges participants (other signed-in participants who have agreed to the current Challenges terms), as described in the Privacy policy. Joining never turns on the 6away Engine Contribution. You can change your name or withdraw at any time.
Availability. Challenges are offered in every country. We may change where and in which languages they are offered, including closing them in a country where the law requires it; for now, the Challenges terms are in English. Where Challenges aren't offered, you can't join, rituals don't earn points, and live boards aren't shown; if you have already joined, you can still change your name or withdraw. Join only if what you confirm is true; we may end the participation of anyone who doesn't meet these conditions.
Daily points. You earn one point for each UTC day on which you complete a ritual of a Challenges length (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes), so at most 7 points per length each week. Each length has its own board, weeks reset on Monday at 00:00 UTC, and participants with the same number of points share a rank. Continuity, heart rate, HRV, the camera, and the Local Field play no part in points or rankings.
Honour system. Our server stamps the start of each ritual and checks that its full length has passed (allowing a few seconds for network delay) before a completion reported by the app on your device can earn a point. It cannot see whether anyone was present or paying attention during that time, so a point records only that a ritual ran its full length, not how anyone practised. Challenges run on the honour system.
When taking part, you agree not to:
- alter, script, or automate the app, or submit results that don't come from a ritual you actually completed, to earn points,
- choose a display name that impersonates anyone — another person or participant, Ritual, 6away, or their staff,
- put an email address, phone number, link, social handle, or other contact details in your display name, or
- choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else's rights.
We may reject or remove a display name, remove points we believe weren't earned fairly, or end anyone's participation in Challenges. We may also change how Challenges work, or close them, at any time.
