Terms of use.

What Ritual is
Ritual is a meditation and contemplative practice tool. It plays synthesized sounds, runs a timer, and renders an experimental Local Field indicator derived from device randomness. Ritual is not a medical device, not a clinical instrument, and not a substitute for professional advice.
Use of the service
You may use Ritual for personal, non-commercial practice. You agree not to:
- misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation,
- scrape, copy, or republish its content for commercial purposes, or

The Local Field signal
The Local Field is an experimental feature. It samples device randomness and exposes a statistical deviation from baseline. It is offered as a contemplative signal, not a measurement of you, your state, or your consciousness. No claim of scientific proof, clinical accuracy, or diagnostic value is made.
Audio and accessibility
Ritual plays sounds. You are responsible for setting your device volume to a safe and comfortable level. If sound is uncomfortable for any reason, mute your device or stop the session.
No warranty
Ritual is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ritual.
